Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To request a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it — meaning unworn, unused, and with all original packaging intact.

We accept returns on unopened and lightly opened products, as long as they are not significantly used, damaged, or tampered with. Items returned without original packaging or signs of heavy use will not be accepted. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To begin a return, contact us at info@trylevora.com with your order number and reason for the return. If approved, you can create a shipping label with the fee shouldered by you the customer. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns on:

  • Personal care products (e.g. skincare, cosmetics) if opened

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards or final sale items

Exchanges

If you want a different product, return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with packaging, and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
